About the role

Accusystek is seeking experienced professionals to join a range of defence‑focused positions across the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales and South Australia. Roles span program and project management, engineering, cyber, satellite communications, logistics support and commercial functions, with some opportunities available fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver services and solutions to defence projects in line with client requirements.
• Manage schedules, budgets and stakeholder expectations for assigned programmes.
• Provide technical expertise in areas such as software development, safety, cyber security, satellite communications and specialist engineering.
• Support integrated logistics, governance, finance and commercial activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum three years of post‑graduate experience.
• Australian citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance.
• Experience in the defence environment is desirable but not mandatory.
• Effective written communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Ability to work with security clearance requirements (AGSVA, ITAR).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Consulting experience is advantageous.
