MRI Radiographer

About the role

South Coast Radiology (SCR), part of Integral Diagnostics, is looking for an experienced radiographer with MRI capability to join its team at John Flynn Private Hospital (JFH) in Tugun, on the Gold Coast. JFH is a large private 354-bed hospital with a 24-hour emergency department, cardiac services, general and orthopaedic surgery, and full inpatient and outpatient imaging facilities. As part of SCR you will work in a private practice setting with MRI as the key focus.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver MRI services as part of a comprehensive imaging team
• Work a diverse caseload across cardiac, emergency, MSK, vascular and neurology
• Take part in rostered shifts and on-call coverage

Required profile

• AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner
• QLD Radiation Use License
• Full Australian working rights
• Tertiary qualification in Diagnostic Radiography
• Demonstrated MRI experience (essential)
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience
• Willingness to work rostered shifts and on-call

Required skills

• Strong MRI experience
• Experience with GE MRI and CT systems is highly regarded
