MR Driver & Dockhand – Albury

About the role

Team Global Express is seeking an experienced MR Driver/Dockhand for its Albury depot. This permanent full‑time role involves safe and efficient local freight pickups and deliveries, as well as dockhand duties such as sorting, scanning and moving freight.

Key responsibilities

• Complete local pickups and deliveries of freight using an MR vehicle.
• Assist with dockhand duties, including sorting, scanning and moving freight around the depot.
• Load and unload trucks safely using a forklift and other equipment.
• Ensure freight is correctly labelled, handled and secured for transport.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report any faults.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork while providing friendly customer service.

Required profile

• Current MR Driver’s Licence.
• Current Forklift (LF) Licence.
• Previous experience in pickup and delivery or freight transport.
• Strong focus on safety and reliable, punctual work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills
