Mobile Speech Pathologist (NDIS)

About the role

A national NDIS provider, delivering allied health support in over 300 locations across Australia, is recruiting a Mobile Speech Pathologist. The clinician delivers evidence-based support in home, school and community settings, and the role welcomes clinicians at all stages of their career who value flexibility, autonomy and strong clinical backing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and deliver therapy in the community
• Conduct assessments and develop personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
• Support NDIS participants to build communication and independence
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Mentor early career clinicians (senior opportunities available)

Required profile

• Current Certified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Strong time management and communication skills
• A proactive, team-focused mindset
• Passion for working in the disability sector
