Mill Production Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

Ridley AgriProducts is seeking an enthusiastic Mill Production Operator to join its Lara site. You will be part of a collaborative team that manufactures high‑quality animal nutrition feeds, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Follow OHS/WHS legislation, report hazards, near‑misses, and incidents.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP and Feedsafe programmes and support accreditation maintenance.
• Execute manufacturing processes within tolerances and site targets, including emptying silos, filling bulk bags, and preparing tote bins.
• Perform accurate inventory reconciliation and reporting to site management.
• Load outgoing finished products and unload incoming raw materials, verifying weights, use‑by dates, and condition.
• Identify and report non‑conformances, and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure plant and equipment are safe and meet specified standards.

Required profile

• Sound knowledge of occupational health & safety and environmental legislation.
• Ability to work shifts and overtime as required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Physically fit for manual and repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, motivated and committed to meeting production targets.
