About the role

Ridley, Australia’s leading animal nutrition provider, is seeking a Mill Production Operator for its AgriProducts facility in Wellsford. The role involves operating milling equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting safe, efficient production in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor milling machinery to achieve production targets.
• Perform quality checks and maintain product specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimise downtime.
• Follow safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Assist with inventory management and keep the work area clean.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting (preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required.
• Relevant certifications or training in manufacturing processes (advantageous).
