Mid‑Senior Interior Designer

About the role

This position is with an established design & construct business that delivers commercial fit‑out projects across workplace, retail and hospitality sectors. You will own projects from concept through to construction documentation, working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client meetings, translate briefs into design solutions and develop space planning and floorplans.
• Create look‑and‑feel concepts, finishes, materials and mood boards.
• Produce and coordinate full design documentation for construction.
• Collaborate with project and delivery teams and manage multiple commercial fit‑out projects.

Required profile

• 4–8+ years of interior design experience, preferably in commercial, workplace or fit‑out projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects from concept to completion and present confidently to clients.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced design‑construct environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
