Mid-Weight Graphic Designer – Sydney

About the role

MIK Studio is seeking a full‑time Mid‑Weight Graphic Designer to join its Sydney hub. You will work on a variety of projects ranging from campaign creative and art direction to digital experiences, brand development and illustration, collaborating with both local and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and concept creative across digital, social, campaign, brand and motion platforms.
• Adapt and expand existing creative assets for global campaign roll‑outs.
• Partner with the Sydney head office and international studios to ensure alignment with brand and creative direction.
• Present concepts confidently in internal reviews and client meetings.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and concept development.
• Stay informed on trends in digital design, music, technology and pop culture.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of experience in a creative agency or studio environment.
• Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate ideas clearly.
• Experience with music, youth or tech‑focused brands is a plus.
• Based in Sydney.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Motion, 3D or AR design skills (preferred).
