Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised, detail‑driven Mid‑Weight Graphic Designer to bring Bardot’s fashion brand to life across all customer touchpoints. Working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, you will create high‑quality visual assets that support our marketing and commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce creative for digital, social media, paid advertising, eCommerce, retail, print and wholesale channels.
• Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest content including static images, carousels, Stories, Reels and short‑form videos.
• Develop paid‑media assets for Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest, adhering to platform specifications.
• Produce website and eCommerce visuals such as banners, blog imagery and landing‑page graphics.
• Design and build email marketing layouts in Dotdigital, preparing assets for deployment.
• Generate motion graphics, GIFs and edited video clips for social and advertising campaigns.
• Create retail marketing collateral – in‑store signage, window graphics, packaging, swing tags and event materials.
• Maintain reusable templates, mood boards and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage image workflow from photoshoot delivery through file organisation, retouching coordination and distribution.
• Coordinate multiple projects in Asana or Trello with Digital, PR & Social, eCommerce and Wholesale teams.

• Passionate about creating visual content that resonates with a fashion‑focused audience.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with senior designers and cross‑functional teams.
