About the role

We are seeking a talented Mid‑Level Graphic Designer to join a leading creative agency in Sydney. The role blends branding and advertising experience, allowing you to turn conceptual ideas into high‑quality visual work across brand identity, integrated campaigns, social, digital, print, and motion.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑impact creative for branding, advertising and campaign projects.
• Roll out integrated campaigns across print, digital, social and motion platforms.
• Create strong visual identities and campaign assets.
• Apply expert typography, layout and craft to every deliverable.
• Collaborate with creative teams from concept through final delivery.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorms and project development.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in an agency or brand environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both branding and advertising work.
• Excellent craft skills with a focus on typography and layout.
• Experience across both print and digital design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
