Membership Officer - Casual

About the role

Crunch Fitness is hiring casual Membership Officers across several Sydney locations, including Chatswood, Dee Why, Caringbah, Bankstown, Parramatta, Rockdale, Mortdale, Alexandria and Hoxton Park. As the face of the club, you will deliver outstanding member and guest experiences while maintaining high service and sales standards, working closely with your team to grow memberships.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members at every touchpoint and handle inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally
• Foster engagement through personalised interactions and follow club rules and policies
• Support services such as Rest and Recovery, Personal Training and Group Fitness
• Meet potential members, understand their fitness goals and achieve membership sales targets
• Follow through on SMART plans and focus on member generation, conversions, retention and referrals
• Collaborate with team members, commit to training compliance and ongoing learning, and ensure compliance with operation systems and procedures

Required profile

• Ability to engage with people in a fast-paced sales and service environment
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills
• Proven ability to drive goals and a passion for health and fitness
• Availability to work a minimum of four shifts per week, including at least one weekend day
