Medical Receptionist – Part Time (Strathpine)

About the role

Join Qscan Group’s Strathpine clinic as a Medical Receptionist, providing the first point of contact for patients and supporting smooth clinic operations on a part‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients in person and over the phone, handling registrations, bookings, triage and queries.
• Process payments, issue receipts and manage billing and invoicing.
• Operate the clinic’s booking system efficiently.
• Perform back‑office tasks such as outbound calls, data entry and reporting as directed.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service in a healthcare setting.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare environment.
• Flexibility in working days and hours.
• Warm, professional and patient‑focused communication style.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to multitask.
• Adaptability to various databases and systems.
