Mechanical Project Manager – Industrial Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join our Industrial Team in Perth. You will lead engineering‑led delivery of sustaining capital and brownfield projects across industrial, water, energy and infrastructure sectors, ensuring safe, cost‑effective and on‑time outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent sustaining capital projects from concept through to handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, specialists and sub‑consultants to deliver high‑impact results.
• Oversee scope, risk, financials and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years delivering engineering‑led sustaining capital or brownfield projects in mining, heavy industry or infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering design teams.
• Strong understanding of brownfield constraints, constructability and integration with existing assets.
• Tertiary qualification in project management, mechanical engineering or related field.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build trusted client relationships.
