About the role

A new McDonald's restaurant in Bridgeman Downs is opening soon and is looking for an enthusiastic Crew Member to help with McCafe, crafting quality coffee. The business offers casual, part-time and full-time positions, with flexible scheduling because it is open 24 hours. Working days and hours may change to meet the restaurant's needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and serve customers
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Prepare McCafe food and beverages
• Work as part of a team to give customers the best quality and fastest experience
• Follow restaurant safety and security standards

Required profile

• Well-presented, friendly and organised
• Adaptable to a fast pace and able to multitask
• Attention to detail and accurate
• Good customer service and clear communication
• Comfortable dealing with customers, suppliers and contractors, including difficult situations
• Able to lift, shift and move items
• Resilient and a good team player
• Can hear and respond to alerts and alarms
• Police check required if successful (applicants over 18); valid right to work in Australia required

Required skills

• Coffee making experience is desirable but not required
• Extensive training, including barista training, is provided
