Crew Member - Bridgeman Downs Opening Soon

About the role

McDonald's Australia is hiring crew members for its new Bridgeman Downs restaurant, which is opening soon. The position is based in Aspley, Queensland, and covers casual, part-time and full-time roles in customer service and food preparation. As a 24-hour business, flexible scheduling is offered.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and serve customers
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Prepare hot, fresh food
• Work within a team to give customers the best quality and fastest experience
• Comply with restaurant safety and security standards

Required profile

• Well-presented, friendly and organised
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to multitask
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to lift, shift and move items
• Capable of hearing and responding to alerts and alarms
• Valid right to work in Australia; police check required if successful (applicants over 18)

Hospitality and retail experience is not required, as extensive training is provided, including barista training for those interested in the McCafe team.
