Marketing Strategy Associate

About the role

As a Marketing Strategy Associate you will own the marketing strategy for a portfolio of experiences, driving regional success through data‑driven digital campaigns. You will bridge creative vision and performance metrics, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact launches.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for assigned experiences, accountable for performance and results.
• Create and launch high‑visibility performance digital campaigns across social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google.
• Analyse campaign data, identify growth opportunities and optimisation levers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Media, CRM, Design and Content teams to provide strategic direction and ensure timely, high‑quality execution.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Facebook ads and other paid social platforms.
• Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end with ownership over results.
• Highly organised, methodical and detail‑oriented.
• Proficient English (bilingual level); additional language a plus.
