Marketing Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will support a wide range of marketing initiatives that strengthen the Perks brand and drive business growth. The role is hands‑on, involving collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create and coordinate engaging content such as articles, eDMs, presentations, videos, podcasts and social media posts.
• Manage and optimise digital platforms, applying SEO techniques and analysing performance data.
• Champion brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Positive attitude, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Adobe Creative Suite – especially InDesign and Photoshop.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and SEO.
• Familiarity with HubSpot (desirable but not essential).
