Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing team in generating buyer demand and driving growth through multi‑platform campaigns. You will collaborate with product, sales and leadership to design integrated marketing programs that increase engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and analyse performance metrics to identify demand gaps and improve conversion rates.
• Assist in the execution of national, regional and local marketing plans aligned with revenue targets.
• Research market trends and provide insights to stakeholders across departments.
• Coordinate the delivery of campaigns across all media channels, ensuring consistency and timely execution.
• Produce visual content such as videography, photography and digital assets for industry‑specific channels.
• Plan and support events, conferences and trade shows, including on‑site attendance when required.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of marketing experience.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal, written and visual communication abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic team environment.
