Marketing, Resource & Product Development Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Smart Workforce Solutions is looking for a Marketing, Resource & Product Development Coordinator to work remotely and support the business owner in creating, managing and scaling digital resources, online programmes and subscription‑based offerings. The ideal candidate is highly organised, creative and comfortable using digital tools to transform existing material into engaging, market‑ready products.

Key responsibilities

• Review, organise and repurpose existing content into structured programmes, lead magnets and subscription resources.
• Research, script and produce new digital courses, training modules and online resources.
• Develop audio and video assets using AI‑generated voices and other digital tools.
• Maintain website content, visual assets and ensure smooth delivery of digital products.
• Implement and manage subscription, payment and product delivery systems.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns, landing pages and lead‑magnet creation.
• Maintain CRM data, track leads and support funnel optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
