Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

Wedded Wonderland is a global platform for destination weddings and luxury celebrations. As the company enters a rapid growth phase, it needs a Marketing Operations Manager to design and maintain scalable automation systems that boost the effectiveness of the entire marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Build end‑to‑end lead‑to‑revenue pipelines linking social, website traffic, CRM, email nurture, memberships and concierge services.
• Design AI‑powered content production workflows for editorial approval and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and email.
• Automate partner reporting for tourism boards and luxury brand clients.
• Create member onboarding, engagement scoring and retention automation.
• Develop internal tools that improve reporting and operational efficiency across the marketing team.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience building production‑level marketing automation workflows.
• Hands‑on expertise with n8n or Make.com.
• Experience integrating large language models or AI tools into real workflows.
• Comfort reading API documentation and troubleshooting integrations.
• Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, lifecycle marketing and automation systems.
• Ability to write SQL and basic JavaScript or Python when needed.
• Excellent written communication in an async‑first environment and a proactive, self‑sufficient work style.
