Marketing Manager – Retail Marketing Systems & Growth

About the role

Nationwide Jewellers is seeking a commercially‑minded Marketing Manager to lead the evolution of its member marketing platform across Australasia. You will design and operate a scalable ecosystem that empowers independent jewellery retailers with campaign systems, digital frameworks, education, and growth initiatives while preserving each store’s local identity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Member Marketing Platform, including campaign calendars, templates, and implementation processes.
• Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, digital advertising, and in‑store channels.
• Identify retail, digital and consumer trends and translate them into actionable initiatives for members.
• Analyse network performance, extract best‑practice insights and create scalable frameworks for the entire retailer network.
• Guide members on digital and retail best practices such as UX, conversion optimisation, SEO, SEM and paid media.

Required profile

• Commercially‑driven with strong strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience in retail marketing, digital innovation and education delivery.
• Proven leadership and operational execution skills.
• Ability to collaborate with jewellery business owners and support local campaign execution.
