Marketing Manager – Rainbow Fertility

About the role

Rainbow Fertility, a specialised brand of City Fertility, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that raise brand awareness, engage diverse communities and drive patient growth. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution across digital, content, partnership and acquisition initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business growth targets, using data‑driven insights.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign delivery across above‑the‑line and below‑the‑line channels, ensuring consistency, compliance and timely execution.
• Act as brand custodian, shaping how Rainbow Fertility is presented in the market and ensuring all communications are compassionate, customer‑focused and consistent.
• Manage brand positioning, marketing budgets and performance metrics to maximise ROI.
• Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns in collaboration with state teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably within healthcare or fertility services.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with creativity and curiosity.
• Passion for authentic storytelling and serving LGBTQIA+ communities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive, inclusive team environment.
