Marketing Manager - Property Investment Group

About the role

Sentinel Property Group, an Australian property investment manager with over $2 billion in assets under management, is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead its Marketing team. The role reports to the Chief Experience Officer and covers Corporate, Funds and Investor Relations, Office and Transactions, working alongside shopping centre marketing teams to keep the brand consistent. It is a senior, high-visibility position reporting monthly to the Board.

Key responsibilities

• Set the group marketing strategy and annual plan, and prioritise when every business unit wants something
• Lead capital raising and investor marketing, from paid media through to quarterly investor communications and the monthly IR marketing report
• Deliver leasing campaigns and collateral for office assets, including leasing suites, renders and asset-level budgets
• Produce Information Memoranda and divestment campaigns in-house, with tight timeframes and strict confidentiality
• Partner with shopping centre marketing teams on brand consistency and promotional fund governance
• Own the website, HubSpot and agency relationships, and show the business the return on marketing spend
• Build and lead a team that handles day-to-day delivery, so the focus stays on strategy and commercial outcomes

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline
• 8+ years' marketing experience, including at least 3 years leading a team and a multi-channel marketing function
• Experience in property, funds management, financial services or a similar multi-business-unit environment
• Track record in corporate brand, investor, capital raising, leasing or transaction marketing
• Commercial judgement, discretion with market-sensitive information and ability to influence senior stakeholders

Required skills

• Managing multiple budgets, including cost allocation and recharging across entities
• Website ownership and marketing CRM, with HubSpot highly regarded
