Marketing Manager – Practice Areas

About the role

LEAP is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategy and own marketing for its Practice Areas of Law in Australia. Based in Sydney with a hybrid working model, you will work closely with practice area teams, lawyers, and the visual designer to build distinct market positioning and drive adoption of new apps and features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop positioning, messaging and ideal customer profiles for each practice area.
• Plan and execute go‑to‑market launches for new apps and features, coordinating messaging, content and cross‑team activities.
• Create expert content (blogs, guides, case notes, thought leadership) with practice area leads.
• Design and run CPD events, webinars, conferences and a practice‑area podcast.
• Translate launches and content into social media activity and sales enablement materials.
• Support broader AU marketing initiatives, bringing a practice‑area perspective to brand and campaign work.
• Measure impact of launches, content, events and podcasts and use insights to optimise future activities.

Required profile

• 7+ years in product, content or B2B marketing within a tech or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of taking products or features to market, including launch planning and positioning.
• Strong writing ability and quick market learning to produce resonant professional content.
• Experience working across multiple channels (content, podcasts, events, social, email) and collaborating with designers, product owners and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to mentor others as the function grows.
