Marketing Manager - Kidney Care Business

About the role

Lead Group is recruiting a Marketing Manager for a global healthcare organisation's kidney care business across Australia and New Zealand. The role suits a commercially minded healthcare marketer who turns clinical insights and customer needs into clear positioning, effective campaigns and practical tools for sales teams. You will work closely with commercial, medical and cross-functional colleagues to strengthen portfolio positioning, identify growth opportunities and support the adoption of therapies and connected care solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities and customer needs.
• Translate clinical evidence and market insights into clear, differentiated messaging.
• Partner with sales teams on campaigns, customer engagement initiatives and sales tools.
• Support product launches, portfolio initiatives and therapy awareness activities.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to inform marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Regulatory teams on accurate, compliant materials.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance to refine priorities.
• Manage marketing projects, agency relationships and budgets within the agreed scope.

Required profile

• Marketing experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics or a related healthcare sector, with strong commercial judgement.
• Ideally: experience developing and executing healthcare marketing strategies, turning technical or clinical information into customer value propositions, and working with sales and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in product launches, portfolio management or market development.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and project management skills; analytical approach to measuring effectiveness.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, business, science or a related discipline.
• Exposure to renal therapies, hospital markets or digital health is valuable.
