Partner Marketing Specialist

About the role

ESET's Channel Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing Director (based in Singapore) in planning and executing channel and partner marketing activities across the Australian market, based in Sydney. The role covers partner marketing plans, product and solution launches, campaign execution, MDF administration, budget tracking and partner enablement, working closely with Sales, distributors, channel partners, agencies and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Director in developing and implementing channel partner marketing plans for Australia.
• Support new product and solution launches with collateral, communication strategies, enablement tools and campaign support.
• Monitor partner campaigns, digital channels and websites, analyse results and identify improvements.
• Maintain the partner portal with up-to-date marketing resources and partner-facing content.
• Run the Market Development Funds (MDF) process, track budget spend and support partners with claims and reporting.
• Organise and evaluate channel events, webinars and other marketing initiatives.
• Analyse campaign performance against objectives such as leads, pipeline and ROI.
• Produce and coordinate marketing materials, POS items and collateral for partners.
• Work with vendors, agencies and distributors to run campaigns, including email, social media and digital advertising.
• Handle administrative tasks: order placement, invoicing and accruals, reciprocal agreements, and marketing reporting.
• Support translation and localisation of marketing materials, and represent the company at partner and industry events.
