Marketing Manager

About the role

Settify, a legal tech startup offering AI-assisted tools that help people prepare and present their personal stories when seeking legal help, is looking for its first Marketing Manager. As Settify expands into new areas of law, you will shape how the company goes to market, assessing how to reach the business outcomes it has defined. This is a hands-on generalist role in a small, high-performing team within the LEAP group, with hybrid working in Sydney (3 days in the office).

Key responsibilities

• Assess Settify's marketing needs and build a plan tied directly to commercial goals.
• Maintain a consistent, scheduled presence on LinkedIn and other social channels, organic and paid.
• Create campaign and brand content, including social posts, ads, video, EDMs and collateral.
• Partner with LEAP's marketing team to launch and run a regular webinar series, with the right firms registering and the right people presenting.
• Plan and run EDM campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive registrations, engagement and feature adoption.
• Work with Customer Success to build action plans that lift adoption.
• Lay the groundwork for outbound marketing to firms outside the LEAP ecosystem, turning cold audiences into a warm pipeline for sales.
• Lead branding work that raises Settify's profile with small to medium law firms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including time in a marketing manager or similarly autonomous role.
• B2B marketing experience, ideally with professional services audiences such as legal, accounting or financial services.
• Experience running paid and organic social campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn.
• Experience producing webinars, events or EDM programs that drive registrations.
• Generalist approach: comfortable moving between strategy, content creation and campaign execution.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM systems.
• Confident design in Canva, Figma or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.
