Marketing Manager

About the role

C!NC is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead marketing and communications across its iconic Sydney venues. Based at Coogee Bay Hotel, you will turn creative ideas into commercial results, building brand love and driving revenue for food, beverage, bar and event offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies that boost visitation and revenue.
• Own the annual marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns, events, activations and key trading periods.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, in‑venue and campaign creative touchpoints.
• Deliver digital, paid media, PR, partnership and content initiatives while monitoring performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with venue teams to support food, beverage, bar and events programmes.
• Manage marketing projects end‑to‑end, from briefing through execution and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously and as a collaborative team player.

• Digital marketing, including social media, email (EDM) campaigns and paid media.
• Content creation and brand storytelling.

• Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools.
