Marketing Manager - Credit Card Acquisition (12 Month Fixed Term)

About the role

CommBank's Consumer Marketing team, a Centre of Excellence within Marketing and Corporate Affairs, is looking for a Marketing Manager for Credit Card Acquisition on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Credit Cards, and supports the end-to-end marketing and communications across ATL and BTL channels to acquire and engage credit card customers.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into data-driven marketing communications strategies and campaigns.
• Develop and project manage campaigns that raise consideration, drive cross-sell, improve customer NPS and retain customers.
• Influence partners across product, customer data and analytics through cross-functional agile teams to deliver go-to-market plans and customer communications.
• Manage, execute and report on BAU and large-scale go-to-market initiatives, including briefing, execution, delivery and post-campaign reporting.
• Ensure campaigns support the CommBank brand and reputation and enhance the customer experience.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements, and manage spend within budget.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels and follow the Code of Conduct.

Required profile

• Experience delivering integrated campaigns across ATL and BTL channels, covering strategy, production and execution.
• Strong background in acquisition or performance marketing is highly advantageous; financial services or credit cards marketing experience is a plus.
• Ability to own multiple projects independently, track and demonstrate ROI/ROMI, and turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
