Marketing Manager, Amazon Business Australia

About the role

Amazon is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of Amazon Business Australia. You will own the strategy, management, measurement, testing and execution of activities that drive customer adoption and spend, working closely with marketing leads locally and worldwide. The role is full-time and requires an in-office presence five days a week at the CBD location.

Key responsibilities

• Set the marketing direction and build campaigns focused on lifecycle and events for Amazon Business
• Track marketing performance continuously and look for ways to improve the customer experience
• Develop a unified cross-channel strategy to engage B2B customers from organisations of all sizes
• Manage multiple projects and balance conflicting priorities in a fast-changing environment
• Present results in weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews to stakeholders

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional, non-internship marketing experience
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or campaigns from concept to completion
• Experience managing and measuring marketing performance across channels
• Preferred: experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organisation to gain support

Required skills

• Using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
