Marketing Graduate Program – 2027 (Sydney)

About the role

Join Red Bull’s 18‑month Graduate Program in Sydney starting January 2027. As a Marketing Graduate you will support the delivery of the brand’s marketing strategy, work across multiple sub‑departments and gain hands‑on experience on real‑world projects that shape consumer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Lead on global student initiatives, coordinating tasks, branding plans and execution with the Field Marketing team.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing Specialists to identify best practices and help develop national activation strategies.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across Media, Brand and Sales to support event activation and product launch ideas.
• Support the creation, budgeting and distribution of visibility tools used at events nationwide.
• Prepare communications materials for key tentpole events, including media alerts, press releases, run‑sheets and post‑event reports.
• Contribute to athlete storytelling by drafting media bios, interview guides, Q&As and briefing documents.
• Track project reporting, attend product WIPs and maintain internal status documentation.

Required profile

• Strong interest in marketing, brand building and consumer insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.
• Passion for sports, events and athlete‑focused storytelling.
• Analytical mindset with basic budgeting experience.
