Marketing & Experience Executive

About the role

Join the Casuarina Square team in Darwin as a Marketing & Experience Executive. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will help shape and deliver the centre’s marketing strategy while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to execution.
• Manage and grow digital channels, including social media, EDMs, app and web design.
• Create engaging content and maintain a strong, consistent online presence.
• Support the delivery of centre activations, events and community initiatives.
• Coordinate in‑centre marketing touchpoints such as digital screens, signage and promotional collateral.
• Drive retailer engagement and participation in campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve outcomes.
• Support the overall customer experience through high‑quality execution of all initiatives.

Required profile

• Proactive, creative and commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable planning campaigns, coordinating logistics and analysing performance.
• Experience in marketing, retail, events or a similar environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related discipline (desirable but not required).
• High level of pride in delivering quality outcomes.

Required skills

• Strong digital marketing capability across social media, EDM and CMS platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
