Marketing & Events Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing & Events Coordinator will support the National Manager – Marketing in delivering major projects, campaigns and experiential activities for Audi in Australia. This hybrid role blends administrative coordination with hands‑on event execution across dealer approvals, loyalty programmes and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the dealer marketing approvals process, ensuring compliance with Audi Corporate Identity.
• Assist in coordinating the Audi Experience loyalty programme and the Audi Driving Experience (ADE) events.
• Manage the marketing vehicle fleet, including utilisation, reporting and maintenance.
• Support product launch activities for new models and product improvements.
• Coordinate the Audi Ambassador programme, covering vehicle requirements, event logistics and reporting.
• Provide ad‑hoc assistance to the marketing team on projects and general tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing (preferred).
• Experience in marketing administration, events support or marketing communications.
• Strong organisational ability to handle fast‑paced situations and tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
