Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Spotlight Group Holdings, which owns retail brands such as Spotlight, Anaconda, Mountain Designs and Harris Scarfe, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its team in a centrally located office across from South Melbourne Market. The role suits recent graduates or people taking their first step into marketing, offering a fast-paced retail environment with hybrid working flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing events across online and offline channels
• Support internal and external agencies so campaigns run smoothly
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team, including specialists and managers
• Help coordinate marketing materials and campaign requirements from planning through to delivery
• Work closely with the merchandise and creative teams

Required profile

• Marketing or business degree student or recent graduate
• Willingness to learn and a curiosity about the industry
• Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing retail environment
• Full working rights in Australia, full-time availability Monday to Friday and availability to work on-site
