Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Mariarosa Pty Ltd, trading as LJ Hooker West Lakes | Henley Beach, is a real estate agency in South Australia's western suburbs offering property services across sales, leasing and property management. It is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to run multi-channel marketing for its highest-performing sales division, generate qualified leads and support the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to maximise brand exposure and drive qualified leads.
• Carry out market research and audience segmentation to understand buyer and seller behaviour and emerging real estate trends.
• Create visual content, copy and promotional material for web and social media, and manage digital content, graphic design and video assets across web, social, print and drone channels.
• Manage and optimise CRM databases to run targeted email campaigns, automate lead nurturing and expand outreach.
• Analyse campaign performance with Google Analytics and digital insights to track metrics, evaluate ROI and optimise marketing lifecycles.
• Coordinate with sales representatives, media suppliers and print vendors to meet property launch timelines.
• Oversee local PR initiatives, community events and promotional campaigns aligned with corporate brand standards.

Required profile

• Practical experience in digital marketing, campaign development and brand strategy in real estate or media.
• Strong background in digital content creation, copywriting and graphic design.
• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline (MBA or Bachelor level preferred).
• Project management, organisation and communication skills, able to handle multiple listing deadlines in a fast pace.

Salary is approximately $80,000 to $85,000 per annum.
