Marketing Coordinator

About the role

BizCover is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its Marketing Communications team. You will help build the BizCover brand across ANZ and the USA by supporting communications, digital, and email initiatives while keeping projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the marketing content calendar and Confluence pages, informing stakeholders of key dates.
• Manage marketing traffic, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Source stock and blog imagery, conduct ad‑hoc research, and support content creation for social media and briefs.
• Review daily product review requests, flag issues, and assist with compliance tickets and audits.
• Pack and order promotional merchandise, manage gift cards, activate promo codes, and prepare savings examples.
• Handle logistics such as picking up collateral, managing print runs, and delivering assets to internal and external parties.
• Organise reports or presentations required by the marketing team.

Required profile

• A qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
