Marketing Coordinator – Brand & Communications

About the role

As a Marketing Coordinator you will drive the firm’s brand presence and internal communications, creating compelling content and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging, brand‑aligned content for the website, social media platforms and client communications.
• Design and update marketing collateral such as brochures, banners and presentations.
• Lead internal communications, producing newsletters, announcements and celebrating team achievements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality marketing output.
• Maintain and update the firm’s website and social media accounts, ensuring accuracy and on‑brand delivery.
• Monitor marketing performance using analytics tools and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support CRM data hygiene activities to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage inventory of marketing materials and oversee timely reorders.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for design work.
• Confident copywriter able to adapt tone of voice across brand touchpoints.
• Experience creating social media content, including photography and video.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse internal teams.
• Curiosity and initiative to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
