Marketing Coordinator – Action Sports Brands

About the role

Marchon Eyewear is seeking a creative Marketing Coordinator to drive the growth of its action‑sports portfolio (Dragon, Quiksilver, Roxy, Coast Eyewear) across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be based onsite in Torquay and work on product launches, digital campaigns and brand activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans for four brands, covering product launches, digital, social, PR, retail and events.
• Drive consumer engagement and sales through e‑mail, social media, e‑commerce and website initiatives.
• Create and manage content across social and digital channels, analysing performance to optimise results.
• Coordinate athlete partnerships, ambassador programmes and in‑store merchandising.
• Collaborate with sales teams, agencies, media partners and suppliers to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Measure, report and continuously improve marketing performance.

Required profile

• Degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
