Marketing & Communications Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Marketing & Communications Manager to own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution for our fast‑growing business. This fully remote position will focus on generating qualified leads, running multi‑channel campaigns, and directly contributing to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with lead‑generation targets.
• Own end‑to‑end digital lead‑generation campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Design and optimise marketing funnels, landing pages, lead magnets and high‑converting ads.
• Create compelling copy for emails, landing pages, social posts and other marketing assets.
• Produce visual assets using Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Manage and grow social media platforms with regular content and engagement.
• Plan, design and execute email nurture sequences.
• Maintain and optimise the CRM, including lead tracking, segmentation and automation.
• Update website content and improve SEO and conversion performance.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign metrics (lead volume, conversion rates, ROI).
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and collaborate with sales and leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Proven ability to combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
• Strong autonomy, creativity and accountability in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer
