Marketing & AI Associate

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Marketing & AI Associate to join Antares in Sydney. The role is designed for a current university student who loves both marketing and AI tools, and will own real marketing output that reaches our website, LinkedIn, email channels and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and polish blog posts, case studies and landing‑page copy on WordPress using AI‑generated drafts.
• Schedule and create LinkedIn content for the company page and senior leaders, and build email campaigns in Dynamics 365.
• Design social graphics in Canva and generate original imagery with Midjourney.
• Develop reusable AI workflows, test new tools, and prototype AI‑powered marketing experiments.
• Support event logistics, partner‑programme admin and general marketing operations.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in university studying marketing, communications, business, design, computer science or a related field.
• Passionate about AI, with hands‑on experience building prompts in Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney or similar tools.
• Enjoys reading marketing content, follows brands on LinkedIn and can critique copy.
• Writes clear English, can take a brief, ask clarifying questions and ship work independently.

Required skills

• Prompt engineering with Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notebook LM, Gemini.
• WordPress (Gutenberg) content management.
• LinkedIn content scheduling.
• Dynamics 365 email campaign creation.
• Canva graphic design.
• Zapier or Make for automation.
• PowerPoint and sales‑collateral formatting.
