Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professional (Mid‑Senior Level)

About the role

Hire Resolve is seeking experienced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professionals to join Australia‑based operations. The role is aimed at mid‑ to senior‑level candidates and offers a pathway toward senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing, production and supply chain operations, including planning, scheduling and inventory control.
• Optimise workflows, processes and systems to improve efficiency, cost control and service levels.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics and maintenance teams.
• Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, Australian Standards and internal quality and safety policies.
• Monitor KPIs such as production output, inventory accuracy, on‑time delivery, quality and cost performance.
• Support supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation.
• Lead, mentor and support teams, supervisors, planners and engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or industrial operations.
• Strong understanding of Australian manufacturing and supply chain environments.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is advantageous.

Required skills

• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Working knowledge of ERP, MRP, WMS or MES systems.
