Managing Director – APAC

About the role

This is a senior executive opportunity to lead the Asia Pacific region for a global software and technology organisation. Reporting to the global executive leadership team, you will own regional growth, customer success and operational performance across established and emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and profitability for the APAC region.
• Oversee sales, customer success and account management functions.
• Develop and execute strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives.
• Ensure high customer retention and long‑term value creation.
• Build, develop and inspire high‑performing commercial and technical teams.
• Maintain operational excellence and monitor business performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a regional business or large business unit within SaaS, enterprise software or technology.
• Strong track record of driving growth, retention and operational performance.
• Experience managing commercial, sales or customer success functions.
• Deep understanding of APAC markets and regional business dynamics.
• Ability to build, develop and inspire high‑performing teams.
