Managing Consultant - Occupational Rehabilitation

About the role

Konekt, part of the APM Group, is looking for an experienced Managing Consultant to deliver injury management and workplace rehabilitation services. The role suits an experienced Allied Health professional who enjoys complex case management, stakeholder engagement and mentoring, and wants to make a genuine impact on recovery and return-to-work outcomes. It is advertised as a part-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality workplace rehabilitation services and case management
• Manage complex injury recovery and return-to-work cases
• Conduct assessments and provide expert recommendations
• Build trusted relationships with employers, insurers, medical professionals and clients
• Produce high-quality reports within customer and legislative requirements
• Support and mentor team members
• Contribute to customer growth and business development
• Achieve return-to-work, service delivery and performance objectives
• Ensure compliance with contractual and accreditation requirements

Required profile

• Relevant Allied Health qualification
• AHPRA registration or ESSA accreditation
• Minimum 7 years' experience in Allied Health
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
• Proven experience in case management and report writing
• Experience in KPI and customer-focused environments
• Current driver's licence
