Managing Consultant – Data Engineer

About the role

Join Altis' growing South Australian practice as a Managing Consultant, combining technical delivery, consulting and leadership. You will work closely with clients to solve complex data challenges and help shape the future of the Adelaide team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Data & Analytics engagements and design modern data platforms.
• Deliver solutions across Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and broader cloud ecosystems.
• Turn complex client challenges into pragmatic, scalable solutions.
• Mentor and lead consultants while providing trusted technical advisory support.
• Contribute to proposals, new opportunities and Altis' market presence in South Australia.

Required profile

• Strong foundations in Data & Analytics with direct client‑facing experience.
• Background in data engineering, analytics engineering or data architecture.
• Commercial curiosity, collaborative mindset and ability to have constructive client conversations.
