About the role

The Queensland Government Insurance Fund is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead the design and implementation of a modern learning and development framework. This strategic position will shape workforce capability, support succession planning, and drive continuous improvement across a unique government insurance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out a contemporary learning and development framework aligned with organisational goals.
• Design and deliver blended learning programmes that build technical, professional and leadership capabilities.
• Provide expert advice on organisational development, workforce capability and business improvement.
• Create and maintain business management practices, process documentation, training resources and operational guidance.
• Identify and implement innovative capability‑development initiatives based on emerging trends.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to design, deliver and evaluate capability‑building programs.

• Proven experience developing and implementing successful learning and development frameworks.
