About the role
As a Manager in Taxation and Business Services you will lead a small team of accountants, partner with a diverse client base and deliver strategic tax and financial solutions. Based in our central business district office, you will work alongside specialists to drive high‑quality client outcomes and grow your own career.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of up to four accountants.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a varied portfolio of clients.
- Provide proactive, tailored business and strategic tax advice.
- Review financial statements and tax returns for multiple entity structures.
- Conduct financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
Required profile
- Completed CA or CPA qualification.
- Minimum 6 years experience in tax and business services within an Australian accounting practice.
- Proven ability to build strong client and colleague relationships.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience with clients in property, construction, transport or wine sectors is an advantage.
