Manager – Tax Advisory

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Manager for its Tax Advisory team to help clients navigate complex tax issues across domestic and international contexts. You will work with a diverse portfolio of private, listed, high‑net‑worth and start‑up businesses, providing strategic tax guidance that supports their growth and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex tax matters, including domestic and international structuring and cross‑border transactions.
• Assist with tax authority reviews, audits and disputes.
• Provide tax advice on asset acquisitions, divestments, financing arrangements and deal structuring.
• Lead client engagements, attend presentations and meetings with senior leaders, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Passion for clear communication and ability to distil complex concepts.
• Experience delivering client‑ready tax solutions in a professional services environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Law with CA/CPA/CTA accreditation.
• Interest in pursuing a Master of Taxation is highly desirable.
