Manager, Risk Assurance - Technology, Data & AI

About the role

Join HCF's growing Risk Assurance function to strengthen technology, data and AI risk management. You will lead Line 2 assurance reviews, providing independent insight into control effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver HCF's Line 2 Risk Assurance program across technology, data and AI domains.
• Assess control effectiveness, governance arrangements and regulatory compliance.
• Provide risk‑based recommendations and engage senior stakeholders to improve risk outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of assurance frameworks, methodologies and practices.

Required profile

• Experienced professional in risk assurance, controls assurance or internal audit within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of technology, data and AI governance, risk and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and balance independent challenge with collaboration.
• Genuine interest in emerging technology, data and AI risks.

• Knowledge of risk frameworks, governance processes and control assessment methodologies.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills to translate findings into practical outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clear assurance reporting.
