Manager IWP – Service Delivery Leader

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced Manager IWP to lead service delivery excellence within a Managed Service Provider environment, working closely with Defence stakeholders and industry experts.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure services are delivered to agreed scope, schedule, quality, cost, and performance expectations.
• Monitor performance metrics, address risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate client requirements into executable delivery plans and oversee execution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across Defence and stakeholder groups.
• Maintain governance, compliance, reporting, and financial discipline.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience leading teams, managed services, or complex client‑facing projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Ability to deliver outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, governance, and compliance.
• Commercial acumen with cost management and contract awareness.
• Experience within Defence, managed services, or multi‑stakeholder environments.
