Manager – Governance, Risk & Compliance

About the role

The Manager will lead security teams delivering complex Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) projects across CyberCX practice areas. They will provide direction, mentoring and quality control while building trusted client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify and manage security risks.
• Lead delivery of security work packages in the GRC domain and cross‑practice engagements.
• Prepare and present high‑quality reports with recommendations and solutions.
• Mentor and build high‑performing teams, aligning skills with delivery excellence.
• Develop customer relationships in partnership with Sales, Solutions and Marketing teams.

Required profile

• NV1 security clearance or eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years experience across diverse ICT projects and security frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Diploma level or higher qualification in ICT or related field.

Required skills

• Experience with NIST, ISM, PCI DSS, Essential Eight and PSPF frameworks.
• Certification such as CISM, CISA, CISSP or ISO LA/LI.
• Deep theoretical knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance.
